How is this tier 0?
You go first, auto-lose without enemy controller or good hand
You go second, the opponent activates the Chalice, or Ultimate providence, or the Floodgate traphole and your mercenary falls into hell
Because there trying to counter the meta, a.k.a fur-hires. lol Chalice and everything you mention is to counter fur-hires. That's why there tier 0. And also "good hands" happens time to time. But fur-hires are everywhere. You can't get "good hands" every time. And why does it come to going first to just beat one deck type. Going first should be just going first. Not "thank gawd I'm going first".
