you just dumb bashing konami like that without trying anything first, Go to ranked duels option, tap on the right side were it says "view rewards" or something like that. Select the reward card type and enter it. Choose the card you want, drag it to the top of screen and check the box
The rewards are only available at the end of the season. I wonder if they notify you to collect your rewards or your reward just expires if you don't claim it, either way it is confusing for most.
Go to the pvp screen and there is a giant button near the top to exchange tickets, I think they might have recently added it because I didn't notice it like 10 minutes ago
