Stratos will never be outclassed in E Heros and he’s very popular that’s mainly why. I agree with you though fiendish chain will have much more impact at least for a while
Fiendish Chain is continuous trap, it would clog your field if your opponent somehow has a way to dodge it, also Cosmic Cyclone can easily get rid of it. Goyo Guardian is good but currently we don't have top tier EARTH archetype in Duel Links
