Well it does say ignoring it summoning conditions. So one could assume you didn't need to properly summon it in the first place.

Unfortunately that's not how "ignore summoning condition" works.

It simply means you can revive a monster that's normally unable to be revived due to its summoning condition.

Besides, come on, most of the Nomi (cannot be special summoned except by) monsters tends to be incredibly powerful.

Do you really think they'll let you cheat the summoning easily like that?
