It doesn't seem possible, but you might get a better response from Konami. On the home page click the gear in the upper right. Then click "Contact us". Then "Submit Game Content/Issue Inquiry." Lastly, at the bottom of the webpage, click "Read 'Important Notes' & Continue To Inquiry Form"
