Here's my deck for lvl 50.. I'm missing a lot of cards so I just used what I had
1. Try to get unhappy girls as soon as you can
2. Once all his monsters are affected by unhappy girl just stall
3. Try to set 7 tools before he can use skull lair
4. Final turn, summon your fusion, use de-spell as fodder for his magic drain. Summon piranha, use passage, riryoku your fusion and then marty it to get 5000 attack on piranha.
Be careful with his breaker card because he will use it to destroy a spell/trap.
I got 7200 points with this deck
He put 7 Tools in to take care of Skull Lair, arguably Pegasus most annoying card. If you're looking for alternatives, Wild Tornado should actually work better in this case, and it's just an SR.
