Blue eyes will just use providence. Cards that require specific monsters to be on the field to be activated are always bad. Not to mention this is a trap card. Just use lance or fiendish chain.
You are clearly missing the point entirely, the trap negates effect of untarget-able annoying boss monsters as well as the lesser annoying ones, this will enable you to karma cut or Econ take them and win the game more easily and with higher probability than before.
^ This and the fact that Blue Eyes can shut down monster effect on-field plays on chain and any monsters affected by it are doomed until the end of that turn.
Thankfully, hand traps can still be used against BE (unless Ultimate Providence and/or Blue Eyes Spirit Dragon is used to counter them) and backrow (If Providence and/or Spirit of White Dragon doesn’t get rid of them first).
A sad news for Blue eyes players unfortunately. they will become intolerable now and this will lead to a damning nerf coming their way...almost end of BE, enjoy it while it last
Despite all your supposed knowledge, you were too giddy to remember that the said card is a normal trap card that does not target, so cavalry is absolutely useless against it, shien could pose a threat if the player bricked, but it has 2500 atk, so it can be easily disposed of with a beat stick like blue eyes dragon.
