Tbh this makes it look more like we are NOT getting Dartz or any characters from that arc. As it is, Eatos in a box pretty much spells RIP for Raphael. So I wouldn't get my hopes up now.
You don't know that. Maybe he'll get it in a skill. 5D's characters have their signature cards in their skills, then they're released in boxes. Then there's Bastion. His ace monster was also in a box. Don't shut out a character just cuz their ace is in a box.
