So I summon BW-Pinaki and taking his effect into consideration, I should be able to summon BW Dragon? Cause I have BW Harmattan out with 5 Stars (due to the effect) but it still won't let me Synchro? That's dumb

The Japanese name also differentiates between the two, as Blackwings are "BF" (Black Feather), while Black-Winged Dragon is simply "Blackfeather".
