Is it true, that the USA/Asian gamer get that Pack today, and we european guys have to wait until tomorrow? My game says 9/22, can anyone please confirm that?

I live in Brazil, new packs usually come out for me at 10pm. That would be 2am the next day for Europeans.

Think about what you just said logically. Let's say that I am three hours ahead of you. So for you it's 11 pm and for me it's 2 am.
