I think he's also one of few (if there's anyone else besides him) characters post GX world to have both Balance and Restart.

Speaking of skills....DS Carly has such a terrible skill list.....

Yep, I think the only thing closest to a generic skill that Dark Signer Carly has is Draw Sense Dark, the rest are all Earthbound Immortal or Fortune Lady related
