I just dueled Pegasus and let me tell you that the list above is wrong. This is what I saw (the changes are on caps):

He used almost every card on his deck. I don't know what is the card left on his hand. If you know what it is please reply to this comment. Thanks!
Nicholas is right, just checked his deck only 2 relinquished. I guess pegasus thinks 3 relinquished is too many. (I'm on ios if that makes a difference)
