No he can’t, Neos Fusion protects Neos from the graveyard. All you’d be doing with this is crashing into Brave Neos, take 1300 and give them a free search. Not even remotely worth playing
Cosmo Brain is a dark monster that murders this with ease, and popping small silent magician to get out big one and thin out their deck more for easier searching in spellbooks is not such a good idea either.
Honestly, the only “good” Ally of Justice cards against the meta rn would be Quarantine and Catastor- and of those 2 I don’t think we’re not gonna get Catastor for years
