Unfortunately there are no solution for this unless you are playing a different deck. There is reason why deck such as onomat rated so high.

Or just wait until the late session ( the end of the month ) so non - tiered deck has a better changes of winning since most Meta user is KoG already.

You have to accept it.

Buy a meta deck a you'll rarely lose again, they are only around 150 bucks, a total bargain

I don't think the issue lies in the playstyle or your skill, but more like the entire deck itself with that win rate. Even you utilize the best combo available for your specific deck you will still having a hard time against top tier meta.
