Anyone else got it? I could have sworn I have summoned him 100 times, but still nothing. Maybe fake Or he works for Konami and is showing us a preview?
Ok, so I got the mat now after farming before the event. I don't know why the other guy had it before the event (I am guessing he's a Konami employee), but I had to farm the whole 100 summons as the previously farmed summons did NOT COUNT.
