Wrong, Typhoon > Dust Tornado. Typhoon can be used right away on your turn, while Dust Tornado you have to wait until the oponent turn.

Against hhg,
You go first put dust tornado down
Opponent summon harpy, hhg effect activates
You can use Dust Tornado to remove hhg

Major flaw here, you can't put 2 spell/trap set, since the opponent has 50% chance to destroy the other set card.

Actually no, because dust tornado has asecondary effect where your allowed to set 1 spell or traps after usage. Thats pretty neat against hhg, dont you think

I mean dont get me wrong mst is pretty dope but in this game against hhg, you'll noice lots of cards stand out that you've neglegted in the past.
