Do u knoow how hard this card comes out? U need to have this card in ur hand and levia-dra and umi on the field. Provided that ur umi still on the field. i.e. u didnt activate levia-dra effect
Not too op Tbh. You just have to set 1 wild tornado and this monster will be killed. Its ace card but it can backfire you too. That is the reason i dont like this card
