How to transfer/save game data

I am among those who lost their account accidentally... I submitted the recovery form and they asked me on 2 march to send them purchase receipts and as many details as possible. Then on 6 march they told me that they would send my request to the responsible department... Ever since then they did not send me sth else, it was then yesterday that I sent them an email asking about an update on the process, and they replied today that my account will be restored 2 months later!!!! The same will happen for all other users who are in the same process because they have never seen so many requests before!!! It's too late now, and I spent $100... I feel such a fool...

Guys just don't bother anymore with Konami. They just answered me that my account will be restored by May (aka 2 months!). There is no hope...

Wow, well that really sucks. I'm very sorry to hear that. Thank you for the update on what's going on with your account. I'm in the process of sending them the receipts and everything right now so it's better to know what's going to happen. That's disappointing news to say the least.

I am an Outdoor Landscape Architect and by May I won't have time to play games. I live in Eastern coast of USA so business picks up during the Spring and Summer season. I agree that maybe we should have double checked before uninstalling and that konami is definitely congested with inquiries but, that raises some questions.

Like the fact that I went through this same process with DBZ Dokkan battle and it was handled in 3 days...same ID system and I didn't have to send any snap shots of anything they were able to very identity right away and handled the situation very professionally. So..yah enough said.

Sorry you're experiencing that. This past week has been a rollercoaster of emails and waiting. I have sent (2) valid receipts of purchase to Konami because apparently they needed another one... They have have "talked to the head of department" as well. I'm not sure if they're playing games with me or are actually going to do anything. But in the meantime, I don't mind waiting another week.

and if they have so many inquiries, ask yourself really, why is that? HMM?? let's see probably because they don't tell us that we have to link the account Konami's website. So before anyone else wants to come on here and act like they know everything about what's going on please don't waste your time or ours. Thanks. peace.
