With the starter gems you get you can't afford a single meta deck even if you could it would be better to wait for the banlist.
Now if you want a good not tiered deck try Ritual beast or lunalight
RB: 3 windas is your priority the extra deck UR monster is fine at 2. Complete the deck with staples using your dream tickets (floodgates, canadias, etc)
Lunalight: go for 3 martens, the Destiny Draw version can work well with only 2. The SR extra deck card is fine at 2. You can use spiritualism or that R monster in the card trader for backrow removal, or you can get 3 cyclones with your dream tickets.
