Funnily enough you can go to the dlm page and there you'll find tons of reports from different tournaments, they just don't get spotlight since they are not created/run by dlm people.
There's also the japanese and chinese tournaments but I have no idea how to type the names, sorry.
lol dlm is sht when it comes to make a proper tier list and yes noble knights as tier 2 is a big joke they arent even a rogue deck until they add excalibur
