The side deck thing is invented by Konami not duel links meta lol they simply don't want it in links the world's is alot bigger than meta championship series or anything if u want competitive side deck tournament participate in tcg world's where side deck is allowed duel links official format doesn't plays side decks 3rd party tournament doesn't matter if competitive or not

Yep, I'm very sure DLM tier list is just referring to the meta of their WEEKLY tournament.

It does not refer to the actual meta in DL, but only "what deck the winning player happens to use this week".

In that case, it wasn't a good tier list at all.

DLM tier list is the worst one there is around.

Trust this one, japanese ones and especially the Duel links entertainment one, the dudes make a video every week showing tournaments results and explain why "x" deck is meta and why "y" deck isn't.

Knowing how to play doesn't necessarily mean I want to use them. That's one dimensional mind.
The information can also be useful to figure how to counter the particular deck, or to find out more efficient builds.
