Cyber are fine just the way they are right now. It's actually fun to use them these days.
What they should do is limit all these new tier 1 deck so all decks (not only CA) can have a better chance against them. Right now, if you don't have a tier 1 deck, all you can do is hope for a amazing first hand for you and a horrible one for the opponent. That's just not fun.
