If evil eye with lots of face-up spells is on this list, then why triamid is not on the tier list? Lol. All of their monsters even have quick effect and they have balance removal with master and pulse. Also not forget with their field spells, they can draw, dump, search, recover, gain LP, special summon, anti card effects destroy and anti-battle trap/battle phase handtrap. Also their boss monster, Sphinx which has marauding captain like-effect. This sounds biased but I'm DM player, btw.
Evil eyes as way more power than triamid :
disrupt field , graveyard , recycle , absurd attack boost and unkillable boss monster with the draw back to manage your HP.
Its also a very consistant deck who can easily almost always setup the same field.
He have some issue with m/p removal and hight burst deck.
