It's like Synchro all over again, no good Synchro deck until we got nearly full power SixSam a few months after 5Ds world is implemented.

Just as synchro when they came, and look, synchros are the meta; xyz it's only starting, give them 3 months and they will break your ass.

I was hyped in the new world release bacuse of gems and dream tickets as well as new content. What I can't understand though is why people considered this new summoning mechanic as powercreep. The only time synchro became meta is during 6sams and FL and off course BW and Trap Shiras. Remember before release of Xyz, fusion is the top tier.

even lightsworn might get xyz support (minerva)

windup and madolche will not be strong, in TCG they were tier 3.
You can stop any of their combo very easily.

DL's specialty is making decks that were OP in TCG looks bad, and making decks that were so-so in TCG becomes crazy strong.
