Koa Ki is dead. I expect Maximus semi-limited (it's normal) but not limited. And Iron core semi-limited, why ?
If the game is to 🔥 Koa ki, perhaps forbidden Iron core to be clear enough.
Koa ki not dominate the game than it's use to be so nerfed.
For me, the card to be limited was Urknight and not Maximus (a semi-limitation is correct for him).
Vampire and Ancient Gear will dominate the game and Koa Ki will become Tier 3.
You still have two weeks to enjoy your deck.
My advice Don't waste it!
Make a video of OTK series.
Months later you can post it for nostalgia and lulz on these losers

I haven't the best Koa Ki deck and my wins were a bit better than my loses.
The drama is that i like this style of deck that you can win or lose quickly.
I think that it was possible to nerf the deck without killing it. It's very
disappointing.
The same thing happened 3 times straight with the real card game. At the end, i stopped it.
Uh no Maximus deserves the Limit to 1 because as even stated before it is easy to consistently FTK your opponent. I faced a Vagabond that did not get 1 but 2 MAXIMUS out on their turn and because of Diamond Core they stay on the field and don't have to pay the hand cost. 2 to get rid of my Monster and Trap and FTK me.
Iron Core cannot be Forbidden. That's the only way you can get Maximus out and get Urnknight to summon backup from the deck.
The game isn't trying to 🔥 Koaki but make them less FTK/OTK. Same thing happened with Fur Hire that they had to limit some of their monsters. They are still playable but they aren't as FTK/OTK as they used to be.
