btw, only a few play vampires right now, so I think it's good how they applied a limit to the deck when it's almost dead in the current meta.
Hitting Reactor Dragon without banning it would do absolutely nothing anyway. You only ever really need 1 copy due to Geartown and Wyvern.
I'd honestly rather them semi Double Cyclone and something else important (Wyvern or Geartown), since Double Cyclone is a large part of what makes the deck hard to counter, since it stops backrow from really being useful against it.
While I could imagine hitting Double Cyclone, I'm pretty sure most AG players will just swap over to Galaxy Cyclone (targeting a face-down Geartown) or something instead.
