Because the tier list is meaningless, specially because the deck already fulfilled its task while being meta after 9 month of its release, it's still kog worthy these days.
Invoker is already more than 1 year old. Time to kick it out of the tier list. Don't be so sure that Konami will not ban him. Look at the TCG forbidden list you will know that they can do anything.
