Blue eyes can't do 🔥 without CV and it's already inherently inconsistent while the best REBD decks don't even need it. We may as well limit enemy controller while we're at it for goodness sakes.
Wrong, the best REBD decks had 3 copies of CV and happily include some more Ultimate Providence as assurance. That is what makes them the best REBD deck.
