Yup. CV Im kind of on the fence about. While RE and BEWD decks took a huge hit, it IS a card that just lets you play for free, stopping any offensive or defensive comeback plays your opponent could possibly make
I spent my tickets on cards I absolutely need for the long run. 2 out of the 3 SR tickers I got were used to get E-Con while the third was from Mokuba's unlock event
Just saying, cards from boxes can be on the limited/forbidden list. However, most likely only normal or rare cards will be put on the limited/forbidden list, because very little money will be lost by limited rares/normal cards.
