I disagree with E-Con/Sphere being limited, but still, your reasoning is flawed. Balancing issues aren't really determined by how easy a card is to obtain. And really, EVERY SINGLE CARD CURRENTLY ON THE LIST, with the sole exception of Red-Eyes Spirit, is easy to obtain anyway.
I wouldn't consider a Ranked Duel ticket to be "easy" personally. Aside from older, discontinued events, they're probably the "hardest" to get, especially in multiples. What's harder? Maybe Booster UR's?
way easier than it used to be. If you didn't farm the spirit from roaming Joey, you simply couldn't compete. You can get all the ranked duel tickets in gold if you wanted to. Win 1, throw 1
