no they got hit too (level duplication and lvl aug ) no more R6 or R8 play and u can't use levanir as an xyz matriel, if u use its effect u can't att and u lose one space and thunder drag need space to do their combo...
And in which situations do you find it necessary to use it as XYZ material?
after clearing the board, all you need to do to win is summon a couple of hawks and another dragon with ugly face I never saw someone who could not do this
