They should really hit Sylvans to be honest. make Marshaleaf and Rose Lover Semi-Limited I think is the best way to go. If they want to run 2 Marshaleaf then no Rose Lover if they want to run 2 Rose lover no Marshaleaf and if one of each I think thats pretty balanced and it won't affect other plant decks since 2 Rose Lover is enough for them
Personally I think the deck deserves to be hit more.
Aside from Rose Lover at 2, put both Marshalleaf & Komushroomo at 2 as well, then put Guardioak and Hermitree at 1 so Sylvan players can only run one of their prime Rose Lover targets.
And oh, put Carrot at 2 as well, to further limit Sylvan's combo with it and Rose Lover.
If Rose Lover, Marshalleaf, and Komushroomo are all at 2, they'll be forced to either:
- Run 1 Rose Lover and pick between 1 Marshalleaf or 1 Komushroomo
or
- Run 1 Marshalleaf and 1 Komushroomo, but no Rose Lover which means they can't quickly Special Summon Guardioak/Hermitree and are forced to do the regular Tribute Summon.
