^ No it’s not. One requires a very specific monster that requires setup to summon, on the field to be fully effective. The other only needs any spellcaster type monster.
Yeah bro it's very hard to bring out galaxy eyes if only there were a way to play it from the deck and that didn't take your normal summon, if only....
and spellbooks spam tons of powerful monsters in 1 turn it is not like they end with only 1 500 atk monster right?

and galaxy eyes way easier to summon than a single priestess, you need to draw priestess manually to summon her while galaxy eyes can just do spam SS then sitting on galaxion to summon from the deck you dumb.
I think that the suggested limit 3 are fine, Brave neos by itself is not a big deal, running only 1 brave neos means you lose the moment it goes to the gy, running 2 and therefore only 1 keeper will make you brick hard
Don't worry about decks abusing neos fusion, those decks always get a limit 2 anyways
