- Samurai Skull be semi-limited
- Anki be semi-limited
- Both Vyon and Celestial be unlimited
- Spellbook of Fate be semi-limited
- A Trick Up The Sleeve can only work for normal monster
- Balance skill changed to : Can only be used if your deck contains 12 monsters, 6 spells and 6 traps. Your starting hand will contain 2 monsters, 1 spell and 1 trap

Nah, at least one of Vyon and Celestial would still need to be Semi'd. (I'd say Celestial's the better pick there, surprisingly.) It's not like Enemy Controller being semied even matters with Canadia in existence. Enemy Controller's slightly more versatile, but Canadia is such a good substitute that its absence isn't really noticed.
Instead of unlimiting, Konami should limit Celestial instead. Limited card doesn't affect semi-limited card so people can still run 2 Anki + 1 Vyon or 2 Anki + 1 Celestial. Their choice.
