How do others feel about the meta changes?
Meta changes:
The nerfs to amazons are not a problem.
They benifit from 5k hp.
They rely the least on econ from all the meta decks.
They have good alternatives for restart.
Remains tier1. Might even become stronger because several other decks got nerfed harder than them. You dont even need 3 onslaught as amazon.
Sylvan got needed nerfs. That deck was way too strong and forgiving.
They will likely remain tier1, just less strong as they can still recycle graveyard cards back into the deck and play with ''card advance'' card. Have to build your deck a bit different. At could possibly fall to high tier 2.
Nerfs to massivemorph and extra extra is great. The extra extra stall deckout deck with no mill is unhealthy gameplay. If it remains viable it got at least a needed nerf.
Masked heroes got probably hit too hard.
They rely the most on restart and enemy controller out of the meta decks. Unless you play that gimmicky version. The 5000 lp change hits them harder than the other meta decks too. Some decks even benifit from it. Celestial drawpower nerf on top. I think they should change the nerf to celestial or maybe release new proper lvl 4 d-hero beaters as celestial alternative.
Georgia will probably become too strong.
Pulse mines should likely be nerfed to limit 1 instead of 2.
Unsure how much noble knights will feel the balance nerfs. They will have to add traps to stick to it.
Unsure how spellbooks will do. If f.e. amazons can keep them into check and the effect of the new structure deck and meta changes.
Cyber angel nerfs seem weird to me.
I hardly ever meet them anymore and the meta doesnt seem to change in their favor either.
We will probably see some zombie decks next season.
How do others feel about the meta changes?
Amazoness, Geargia will probably be KOG worthy...they lose consistency but not so much as to make them unplayable.
Sylvans and Cyber Angel...excessive, but understandable.
Masked Hero...I knew it since they were released, which is why I didn't bother investing my gems. It was too soon for Masked Heroes, just too soon.
Extra, Extra!...I only faced 2 or 3 variants so I don't have much info.
Spellbooks, probably the only deck that can afford Restart after the nerf...not much to say but they probably should have payed a bit more attention to this deck.
Noble Knight, I expect to see some interesting builds after the nerf, I just might look into them. Fur Hire is my next project right now.
But Onslaught has only 1 life now to before 2. And it's still countered easily by the same ways before as those countering it didn't get really nerfed.
