Konami only hit samurai skull for vampire.They should hit vampire grace instead of skull so that they are forced to use vampire lord.Hit samurai skull doesn't relevant at all because it can substituted by gozuki
They semi-limit Samurai Skull to prevent Vampire players from using econ or trunade. Grace isn't necessary to get hit since people never run more than 2 copies. Also by semi-limiting Samurai Skull they force people to spend money on the 3rd Gozuki
