Balance is very much broken and it should never exist. Entire hand manipulation is not fair for any card game. You don't need a TCG player to tell you that every single draw should only be determined by luck. NO balance NO restart in TCG!

I recall TCG did try 1 special tournament that allows players to "Restart" their hand.

Let's just say there's probably a good reason they never do it again.
