jokes aside, the dino deck is strong enough to be competitive with just 1 or 2 canadia. Getting those cards with tickets is quite easy, I believe all new accounts are receiving dream tickets these days.

Most of the times decks are limited when they are just rogue in the meta, so that's why I said "probably". We never know
