It's understandable why Hero and Vampire are not getting hit.
The next Selection Box will feature popular Hero cards. Hitting Hero deck now would affect the sales of Selection Box, which is not a good thing for Konami.
Vampire is not hit because even though the box they're in are rather old now, but they just became popular recently. They're still too new to be hit.
They don't dare to hit UR/SR from main box, because it would make people scared to invest and spend money. Many F2P players are happy about this, they can do well in ranked for almost a year using only one deck because Konami don't dare to hit the big boss of that deck
Silent Sword Slash kinda craps on your logic for HEROes. We're getting a Silent Swordsman structure deck soon.
To be fair, of the most-used decks, HERO is probably the least problematic. They're pretty vulnerable to backrow/equivalent, and require opening with Mask Change to do anything significant early.
They really should have hit Vampire, it's old enough. Maybe they just don't know which hit.
Never spend gems or money because they keep using the same deck for almost a year, yet they still defend the deck using the words "my deck is expensive" as an excuse
Hitting a Silent Swordsman support BEFORE releasing the structure, implies that they know the deck might gonna be too powerful with SSS at 3 copies. What cards are in that structure that makes them powerful enough for Konami to make a pre-emptive hit like that?
Silent Swordsman - I saw this deck in action, it is very similar to Bamboo sword deck or Exodia - draw your whole deck in 1-2 turns and win with 4000+ direct attack hit which cannot be negated
Yep , full power with duel stand by + secret pass or assault armor , after the first nerf , another version of this deck still playing with arkana + show of nightmare , semi-limit this card 🔥 silent swordman OTK.
This card is completely broken and if not hit , silent swordman become easy tier 0 :
Perm boost atq/def 1500 + unnafected by everything for 1 turn (only card like kuriboh or defense draw) + quick spell + search .
