Any level, or as a reward for playing PVP.

Basically any Legendary Duelist (including event ones) or PvP mode can give them. PvP and higher-level LD's drop them much more frequently than, say, Level 10 LD's, though.

Bad decision for konami. Bad nerf. This skill was never a problem and it was more a competitive fan deck. Imo they could keep it as it was add just add "you can only use this skill if your deck contains only plant monsters"

why bothered with it now... next time dont abused skill... from many2 skill choice... most player like you choose to abuse certain skills... go 🔥 every single good skills... soon or later most of us play Lp boost a bcuz 99% skills all been nerfed because player like you

Keep trying. I got lucky and she dropped it on my 2nd try. However, when I was farming Marik for ''Shadow Game'' it took me literally 6 weeks of farming legendary duelists and ranked-casual duels to get it (back in the days duels could drop skills you already had).

I've been trying for days with no success in unlocking it. Is there a specific requirement or trick to get this??

Purely luck. Play pvp or farm LD in gate. But PvP has way higher chance of unlocking skill

This skill seems to be very good with sylvans, I've been testing it the whole day in legend 2 and it seems somehow decent. Armades helps a lot though
