Like another guy said use it to stop whatever is disrupting your OTK. As in an OTK deck if you get disrupted in your main combo, you probably lost anyways so the LP cost isn’t too relevant.

I hate using this card!I think no one would deny that solemn scolding is quite useful but it has a heavy cost and very stupid condition to activate it!!!
I hope Konami release solemn warning,solemn judgment and solemn strike! These counter traps would be great than stupid solemn scolding!
Grand horn of heaven and black horn of heaven are amazing!!!
I think solemn scolding is the only counter trap that negate the summon. But I don't want to use it!
I wish divine punishment could negate the summon!
How unfortunate!!!

This card destroyed my Maximus after I used Diamond's effect to protect my monsters from destruction. Da fck? Is that normal?

It probably negated your diamond's effect and/or destroyed it.

It sounds like it wasn’t destruction but summon negation which sends it to the GY anyway. Summon negation overrides diamond core’s protection effect. Diamond core can’t protect anything if you don’t have anything on your field.

This card combo's perfectly with Yugi's "Destiny Draw" skill. With the right deck this combo is insanely good.

Solemn Warning seems fine in DL.

Just attempted to activate it against dragunity knight vajrayana after it activated its effect, didn't destroy it... anyone know why?

This card prevents Jinzo to be summoned WTF??

Scolding negate "summon", since jinzo is prevented from being on the field, his effect couldn't activate. I guess it makes sense.

It's an excellent card, the cost of LP is high, but completely nullifies the searcher of Amazoness and Fur Hire, leaving them exposed to an OTK in the next turn. I am using two copies of the card on an Amazoness deck and it has been the key to up my ranking quickly.
