Pros

Able to Special Summon 1 Monster from your Deck that is 1 level lower, but same Type and Attribute as the Tributed monster from your Field.

Cons

You need to Tribute 1 Face-up monster you control in order to activate this card.

Tips

This card has more potential as a foundation for setting up Synchro Summons or XYZ summons in the future if it is implemented to the game.
Currently due to the lack of matching cards in the game, we are not able to see much potential for this card yet.

The Agent of Creation - Venus

You can use Swamp Mirrorer to select any Type of Attribute and it becomes those properties, then you can use Downbeat to bring out any monster that is 1 level lower than Swamp Mirrorer but has the same Type and Attribute that you declared. You can use Downbeat on Meitiel, Sage of the Sky, Zeradias, Herald of Heaven, Harvest Angel of Wisdom, or Bountiful Artemis, in order to Special Summon The Agent of Creation - Venus from your Deck. The Agent of Creation - Venus is able to subsequently Special Summon Mystical Shine Ball from your Hand or Deck by paying 500 Life Points.

Easy way to get your amazoness princess on field by tributing any 4 star amazon warrior like paladin, sage, swordswoman, etc. Not a bad option at all.

Does it have to be the original level? Because it doesnt seem to work with the level increase skills

not 100% certain but i think it checks the level in the graveyard. so yeah that would mean original level

You guys realise this card doesn’t actually work right? I have a deck full of magnet warriors and when I have one face up on the field downbeat still can’t be activated

Are you sure you have "Beta the Electromagnet Warrior" in your Deck and not in your hand?

It's literally the only target this card has in a Magnet Warrior deck, since every other Magnet Warriors in DL right now are level 4, with Beta Electromagnet being the only one to be level 3.

And note that I said "Electromagnet".

Not the original Normal monster one, but the Effect monster you get from leveling up Yugi Muto.

You guys realise this card doesn’t actually work right? I have a deck full of magnet warriors and when I have one face up on the field downbeat still can’t be activated
