Enormous boost to its ATK and DEF when battling Warrior-type monsters.
Good base DEF stats.

Cons

Situational Card, ATK and DEF boost only applies when battling Warrior-type monsters.

Tips

This card can be a good addition to your Machine-type themed deck, with the prominent usage of Warrior-type monsters such as Six Samurai decks currently.

Support

You can protect Kinetic Soldier by using Pulse Mines to switch all your opponent’s summoned/would-be summoned monsters to DEF position for that turn. You can equip Gravity Blaster to further enhance its basic ATK and also negate monster effects that activate after it destroys it via battle.Super Rush Headlong may be an option to protect your monster, if your opponent decides to use a non-Warrior-type monster to attack your Kinetic Soldier.

"That’s why decks like this are so hard to beat. It’s not just 1 stall trap, it’s 30 million floodgates and Canadias that make it impossible to focus on Surgery and Cipher."

.....That's more those stall Trap cards being OP, not this card being OP. In that case the issue that should be hit are the Trap cards. This card alone is meh without those Trap cards, so this card is not the issue.

This card is easier to hit than multiple trap cards. It’s too hard to imagine them hitting a very large amount of cards, there are too many options for stall. This card enables the play style too well, it stands out on how much damage it does.

Someday my opponent summoned 2 Shi En out of the blue in the first turn. then I summoned this card alone + some backrow.

The guy surrendered immediately.

can't believe people actually wanted this card limited in the past. It was so laughable to read them complaining.

I attacked a Destiny Hero Decider with Cipher Soldier and he didn't get 2000 ATK. Any idea why? Destiny Hero's a warrior type after all. He was only equipped with power of the guardians.

Just a sample deck of Kinetic/Cipher Soilder. Basically the minumum you will need is max Cipher, DNA Surgery and Spikeshield. The skills My Monster Cards or Restart are what I personally recommend, and use whatever tech monsters you like. Finally, some backrow removers and Warrior Elimination are nice additions.

Basically, use Kinetic in face down defense with DNA Surgery and Spikeshield on Standby. When your opponent attacks, at the damage step, activate them and laugh as you OTK them on their turn (Or at least serverly damage them).

Too many non monster card. High risk of bricking. What are you doing to do if you draw two dna surgery and two spikeshield at the beginning of the battle?
