Pros

  • Special summonable monster that can be done easily in a rock-type deck.
  • With only 3 monsters in the graveyard, it will have 2100 attack and defense, which is already higher than most level 4 or lower monsters.
  • The attack and defense after summoned is considered base status, making it unaffected by Reverse Trap, but it is not usable with Gift of the Martyr.

Cons

  • Requires at least 1 rock-type monster in the graveyard to special summon.
  • Not very effective outside of rock-type decks other than for tribute summoning.

You can send rock monsters if they are earth, to the graveyard to be used for special summoning Megarock.

Delta The Magnet Warrior

Delta The Magnet Warrior

Good in a magnet deck since they are all rock type monsters. Sending Delta to the graveyard is also beneficial to summon Valkyrion the Magna Warrior, which makes it work well with Megarock.

Needlebug Nest

This will make it so that you can summon Megarock much faster, but only for decks that are mostly rock type monsters. This also works well with Naturia Rock so you can special summon Megarock with 4200 attack next turn.

Angel 07 negates "activate" effects, not summoning condition and passive effects. Like it negates Susa soldier return effect but no his 1/2 battle dmg effect.

That's funny, I named mine Megarock Dragon. Cause it fits mine very well....

I was almost killed by this card during my battle against yugi, he banished 8 monsters and almost OTK'd me. Fortunately I had a blue eyes and a champion's vigilance set, god that was clutch.

Yugi wouldn't attack if you had unhappy girl set, it was weird and probably Bc the AI was 🔥ed but it worked. Also enemy controller along with half shut and gift of martyr was good. I got karate man and OTK Yugi every time. But he still didn't give me union attack....

Sad, I got all the magnet warriors and a valkyrion, 2 Gandoras. But I only got 2 SRs and they just happen to both be that useless magical blast.

I haven't tried it, so this is a theory: my guess is that Divine Wrath does not work because the monster effect is a special summon.

It definitely doesn't work since it's not an effect but a summoning condition.
