Great search card for decks that heavily rely on fusion monsters.
Costs nothing to activate and can give you a plus 1 in card advantage.

Cons

Being a trap card slows down its usage.

Tips

Other Fusion Support cards

Fusion Recycling Plant can recycle 1 fusion material monster to your hand, and also search for Polymerization from your deck. King of the Swamp can be treated as 1 fusion material required for Fusion Summon, and at the same time it also can be used to search 1 Polymerization from your Deck. Fusion Sage can search 1 Polymerization from your deck.

Here are decks that rely on fusion summoning, making Fusion Reserve a great search and consistency boosting option. Although in the case of Gladiator Beasts you only use this card for its search effect, you cannot use recover polymerization from the graveyard as Gladiator Beasts generally don’t use fusion cards.

Of course you can. Adding a Polymerization is optional. Even if there IS one in there, you can choose NOT to take it.

Won't work without poly in the grave, but after you poly one monster (RESD) then activate this and summon another for OTK

I GOT 3 of these and add on paladin fusion... work without have poli on graveyard... but is better if you have one for continous recycling even get 3 fusion on turn 5

if you really want free blue eyes draw you should use Priestess with Eyes of Blue.

With her you will always be guaranteed to have a Blue-eyes monster in your hand.

I guess it need the full name.

Yes, because the rulings. Vision HERO Adoration/Trinity or Elemental HERO Elements series fusion monster (Escuridao, Nova Master, Gaia) won't work. Because fusion material must be the real/original name.

Also type like warrior, dragon, fiend or attribute like fire, earth, light won't work that has no specific name won't work.

Why is this card a trap? It would be way better as a spell card and would make fusion decks more viable

I use this card and it rarely gives me the option to search for poly, so it’ll let me receive the fusion material but completely skips the search for poly. sometimes works most times doesn’t. any reason why?

YEP only can select rebd... from deck... is really good for poli decks... only wrong is you need one turn for use...

No, the Lunalight fusion monsters don't need a specific monster to be summoned, just a number of monsters that share a common word in their name.

You need a specific monster listed as material to use this card.

If for example Sabre Dancer materials were Yellow marten + 2 Lunalight monsters, then you would be able to search yellow marten with this card

sort of, it's more like Fusion Recovery except choosing a monster from the deck.

Extremely useful. You could even use it in a Sacred Beast deck since they have a fusion which names each of them.
