i swear i have the card and destiny hero dogma when an enemy attacks it doesnt activate wtf
it made me lose 5 games atleast

Please read the card again:
''Must be Special Summoned (from your hand) by Tributing 3 monsters, including at least 1 "Destiny HERO" monster, AND CANNOT BE SPECIAL SUMMONED BY OTHER WAYS''

Well... Look at the description of the trap again. It says: if you can Special summon it, Summon it and if can not, send it to Grave. There is a bug I can see.

There's no bug, Nomi monsters have always says "cannot be special summoned, except by...."

That should have made it clear that you cannot special summon it with A Hero Emerges.

*Nomi monsters prior to PSCT, anyway.

Post-PSCT, they say "cannot be special summoned in any other ways".

Meaning A Hero Emerges cannot special summon them by default.

Ok, this thing has bug. How can we talk to Konami about this?

My case : My hand has only elemental hero bladedge. My field has only elemental hero ocean + this trap. Was attacked, couldnt special summon. Im pretty sure there wasnt any card that couldnt make me special summon. This kind of case happens quite a lot : with bladedge, vision hero witch, and woodsman.

another requirement might be: you need at least 2 cards in your hand for the opponent to choose from

Odds are they were facing a no Special Summons Vagabond IMO. You can activate it with only a single card in your hand as long as it's a monster you can Summon.

super trap card you can instants summon monster 8 stars in your hand without requirement. just for lucky player. i always get blue eyes white dragon when my LP so low.

Pretty I run a Dark deck with 2 barrel dragons and 1 gaia fierce Knight that can be special summon If it's the only card on hand and When I start to brick this can guarantees I'll special summon a strong monster
