Cannot be Synchro Summoned. Must be Special Summoned (from your Extra Deck) by sending 2 Level 8 or higher monsters you control with the same Level to the Graveyard (1 Tuner and 1 non-Tuner), and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. Cannot be destroyed by card effects. This card gains 1000 ATK for each monster on the field. Once per turn, during either player's Main Phase: You can Special Summon the same number of "Utchatzimime Tokens" (Fiend-Type/DARK/Level 1/ATK 0/DEF 0) on each player's field in Defense Position, so as to Summon as many as possible, also this card cannot attack for the rest of this turn.

But you cannot summon 3 tokens at once because you need to summon the same amount to both sides which is maximally two (since you'll have at most 2 unoccupied monster zones)

However, that does not automatically makes this card good.

This card's summoning requirement means by the time you can get this card into the field, not only your opponent's field is most likely not empty (so no 3 tokens), but also, even if your opponent's field IS empty by then, you might as well just win already using those two level 8 monsters instead.

This card is just not worth it to play.

existen tre mazos que los juegan the agents y hieratic dragon los cuales de momento no tienen un boss monter digno asi que este boss mosnter es muy buen montruo para ellos y el otro es blue eyes auque dudo que lo nesesiten por todo el soporte y habilidades dadas pero estos mazos pueden jugarlo

I have several questions:
1) Why bother making this a Synchro monster if it cannot be Synchro Summoned?
2) Why bother giving it no Level stars if it's always treated as 12 anyway?
3) Why bother giving your opponent tokens that it cannot attack on the same turn, which they can easily use for Tributes or Synchros?
4) Just...why bother?

3. para bloquear al oponente en una invocacion especial a parte de su invocacion normal,evitar la invocacion syncro,e invocar la incocacion xyz

4.hay mazos que lo juegan como blue eyes,hieratic dragon y the agents, ademas los dos ultimos mazos carecen de un boss mosnter soporte bueno o un boss monster que no te lo destruyan,destierren o exlusen antes de atacar

1) just to have it un the extra deck i suppose
2) certainly to limit the activation of effects based on the level on the monster.
3) how could one synchro summon if he can't even summon a tuner monster ? And if you have nothing to tribute the tokens or get rid of them, you're dead.

You don't need to sacrifice 2 Synchro, you just need to sacrifice 2 Level 8 monsters, 1 Tuner and 1 non-Tuner.

Still not worth it though, considering the effort it takes to get both a Level 8 Tuner and Level 8 non-Tuner on the field. It would be easier to just win using those two Level 8 monsters instead.

hay mazos que lo pueden bajar facilmente en su primer turno con solo dos o tres cartas en mano y que de momento tiene un boss monster no muy poderoso para el formato o no tienen soporte suficiente pero este boss mosnter los ayuda ,the agents , hiertic dragon y blue eyes

es un poderoso bloque en campo para evitar invocaiones xyz y no puedes usar fichas para invocaion de un mosntruos o impedir que traigan tuner monsters aunque lo duro es crear un backrow para protegerlo de manera consistente y matarlo con 6000 atk

And how are you going to fulfill the Level 8 part?

Blackwings don't have easy way to boost their own Level to that high.

And considering you most likely will use the Synchros as the Tuner and non-Tuner....why not just win the duel right there with them instead?

The equip spell card "Synchro Boost" exists, you know. Plus Black-Winged Dragon is already level 8.

Using this card to clear your field to set up for something like Onimaru or Rageki could work out very well

BW already can win games without going into this thing.

This thing is useless in a BW deck.

If someone get this thing into the field....yeah, honestly that's a good flex.

Nothing says a good flex like a card like this, a card whose summoning takes away 2 of your monsters that probably could have already won you the game right there.

It doesn't negate. It just overwrites the effect to you discarding a card.

es un monstruo que es inmune a destruccion suficiente para crear un locked en el turno del rival impidiendo xyz summon y syncro symmon pero con la existencia de zorra lunaluz,esfera kuriboh,karma cut,canadia y cadena demoniaca ademas mientras bloque puden traer a speedroid con daño de penetracion de 2200 atk,hieratic dragon,blue eyes y the agents pueden bajarlo facilmente

This is pretty easy to run in a Blue-eyes or Generic dragon deck. You just need a hand with Cosmo Brain, Silver's cry, and a Dragon Core Hexer. You'd be wasting a space in your main/extra deck but it is still easy to summon.
