This page notes details of Sirenorca (WATER/Winged Beast/Effect Monster) : decks, tips, effect and rulings. Learn and enjoy playing Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Links!
If you control both Fish and Winged Beast-Type monsters, you can Special Summon this card (from your hand). When you do: You can declare a Level from 3 to 5; the Levels of all monsters you currently control become the declared Level. If you activate this effect, monsters you control cannot activate their effects for the rest of this turn, except WATER monsters.
Able to change the Level between 3 to 5 for all the Monsters on your field. The Level change becomes permanent throughout the duel.
Can be Special Summoned from your hand if you control both Fish-type and Winged-beast type monster on the field.
Cons
Weak DEF stats makes it susceptible to position switching plays.
If this card uses its effect, your other non-WATER monsters cannot use their effects for the rest of the turn.
Its effect can only be activated when it is Special Summoned, and can only be used 1 time.
Requires 1 monster to Tribute Summon.
Tips
Currently its effect has not much impact to the meta, nor is it helpful in most of the popular decks used.
You can use the level changing effect to avoid cards like 4-Starred - Ladybug of Doom from destroying all your Level 4 monsters. You can also change all your monsters to Level 5 if you are using Beatdown skill.
If you control a non-WATER monster and would like to activate its effect for that turn, you need to activate its effect first before Special Summoning Sirenorca, as Sirenorca’s effect will be activated upon Special Summoning.
Using this card in play, you can Normal Summon Sirenorca without any tribute since it is demoted to a Level 4 monster, plus it gains another 200 ATK boost.
If only was 3 and not only 1 as reward can be better, cuz legendary ocean + hammer shark + aurora wing + this = 3 monster in your field on one turn. but with only one is pretty useless, atleast is level 5, with legendary ocean can be level 4 with 2400atk, so a little good on a water deck, but is still pretty useless at the moment.
Can we stop with this "good card when XYZ come out" card. I prefer reward cards that can be used in current meta rather than somewhere in the future meta.
thisn also is in the water-pack of the current d.d.box / just got a 2nd one myself / https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/420930763609866240/421816454065946626/20180309233828_1.jpg
