Can Fusion Summon using materials from the graveyard.

Cons

Being a Trap card is slow.
Banishes the fusion materials.
Can only use fusion materials in your graveyard and nowhere else.

Tips

Similar Effects

The main feature of Necro Fusion is it’s ability to Fusion Summon using monsters in the graveyard. Here are some other cards capable of achieving the same feat but are locked to specific archetypes. If your deck is of a specific archetype It would be better to use it’s in-archetype fusion card.

Future Fusion

Future Fusion lets you put fusion materials from your deck to the graveyard. Use Necro Fusion and banish those fusion materials to summon your Fusion monster quicker. If Future Fusion also succeeds after 2 turns you will have 2 copies of the Fusion monster on the field.

With the recent rule change that occurred for fusion summons I suppose this card cannot be used anymore with substitute materials.
Too bad.

The Fusion substitute change only applied to cards that mention a specific Fusion material.

In other words: This card is not affected.

why you so afraid? I mean as long as that fusion monster has common material, (like Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon/ Dark Paladin) this card still can be used. I think fusion monster that needs specific material like Elemental Hero Elements fusion monsters (Escuridao, Gaia, Nova Master), Red-Eyes Slash Dragon or Buster Blader The Dragon Destroyer Swordsman cannot be used with fusion substitute.

It's the same rule as for Polymerization: You can replace any specific NAMED monster but not generic monsters, e.g. you can summon Red-Eyes Slash Dragon and replace Red-Eyes B. Dragon with any Substitute but you cannot replace the Warrior monster because it's not a specific monster.

Lmao it’s BETTER than Miracle Fusion, and Flash Fusion. ANOTHER op card for Six Samurai, now Rihan won’t be as trash as you can banish materials for his summon instead of cards on field and in hand.

Rihan must be summoned from the Extra Deck using the method written on its text. You can't Necro Fusion him.

Not necessarily. First, it's generic. Second, it can complement HERO decks, particularly the beatdown version which was popular in 2012-2013 using Gemini Spark-Alius and other E-HEROes dumped in the GY to summon their strong fusions such as Absolute Zero, The Shining, or Gaia.

nah, you can use this card in your opponents battle phase so you can use it as a shield, or in opps end phase so it will be able to attack in your own turn.

However, do note that The Shining won't gain ATK for its materials, since they are banished face-down.

Damn!! This care is powerful. Just imaginaire using it in ancient gears. If uagg gets destroyed or Canadiad you can just use this card to summon another one

You can also use substitute cards like king of the swamp as this still counts as a regular fusion

Every time I use this to summon e-hero the shining it doesn't change its attack and I can't use parallel world fusion on my banished monsters any ideas.

It's because they're banished face-down. Face-down banish cards count as "unknown" cards, e.g. they don't have a type, a name, an attribute, and so on

Since this card is a Trap, you can even use this card to surprise your opponents by Fusion Summoning during their turn.

That's the bast way to use it, because your fusion monster can't attack the turn it is summoned.

where is my cyber dusk dragon deck at? this would be great to get to get that Cyber darkness or the very least the cyber dud dragon to block an atk or 2

Why use this. It banishes your monsters face down, the biggest punishment there is. Monsters are supposed to be your friends.
