Fusion Summon 1 Fusion Monster that lists a "Red-Eyes" monster as Material from your Extra Deck, using monsters from your hand, Deck, or your side of the field as Fusion Materials, and if you do, its name becomes "Red-Eyes B. Dragon". You cannot Normal or Special Summon other monsters the turn you activate this card. You can only activate 1 "Red-Eyes Fusion" per turn.

Neos Fusion is similar in that it allows you to Fusion Summon using monsters from the deck as materials. With the right Fusion Monster, this can be used to pitch a monster of your choosing out of your deck. The difference is that Neos Fusion lets you Special Summon during the turn before activating Neos Fusion and you are still allowed to Normal Summon throughout the turn.

Red-Eyes Fusion does not allow you to summon at all the turn you activate it. They both also provide support in their secondary effects relevant to their own archetype.

Future Fusion is the most generic card for the purpose of pitching monsters out of the deck to use as Fusion materials.

Fusion Monsters

Here are some Fusion Monsters you can summon with Red-Eyes Fusion. Choosing to summon Red-Eyes Slash Dragon lets you pitch any Warrior-type monster you want into the graveyard.
B. Skull Dragon and Meteor B. Dragon will need the name change provided by Red-Eyes Fusion to benefit from Red-Eyes support.

Rulings

  • If you are fusion summoning "Red-Eyes Slash Dragon" using Red-Eyes Fusion. You must use a certain monster. Therefore, you must use "Red-Eyes B.Dragon" as a fusion material, as it is specified on the "Red-Eyes Slash Dragon".

can someone please explain how this card works. i have a toon buster blader and red eyes black dragon both in my deck. red eyes slash is in the extra deck. why doesn't the card activate

Why does this card have so many drawbacks? Comparing with similar cards like neos fusion, shadoll fusion, gem knight fusion, they even have a BENEFIC SECONDARY EFFECT

its a horrible card like he says, i havent summoned a monster or special summoned and i cant use it for the deck part it just lets me set it i can never activate it

1. Are you 100% sure didn't summon ANYTHING this turn?
2. Are you sure you didnt used a skill that forbids you from special summoning (lets say Balance)?
3. Are you sure you had resources in deck/hand/field to use this card (red eyes monster and a warrior??
4. Are you sure your opponent didnt had a monster to interrupt you?

Well, personally, I am 100% sure you are mistaken.

Because of Dragoon and Predaplant Verte Anaconda. But it changes nothing nonetheless, you just need 1 copy of each.

that's why OCG eventually go "f it" and just banned RE Dark Dragoon, then unlimited RE Fusion.

That I agree, Komoney wasted a lot of banlists in 2019 when they can put this card in. In the end they have decided to limit only 1 card and that cause a lot of dissatisfaction when the banlist is supposed to be longer.

Currently in Duel Links Red-Eyes are not half as powerful as Neos. That's why. Not talking about that Neos Fusion gives your Neos an extra life

This card must absolutely not be banned, unless I'm refunded of my money.

Why do you want this card banned ?

It is so good ans so versatile, it lets you use monsters from the deck as materials.

There is no reason to ban such a good card. Even more so because it allows us to win with a little cash instead effort and farming.

How many Red-Eyes Fusions should I buy? 3 is for maximum consistency but I'd also have to run a conbination of 3 vanilla Red-Eyes/fusion substitutes. I guess summoning a Red-Eyes from the grave is an option for that but i'd prefer recovery for the boss monster, Slash Dragon.

Running 3 RE Fusion doesn't mean you are going to use all 3 of it. So, no need 3 REBD.

Most people use 2 REBD, but running 1 is also ok (I think) if you want more room for tech or other cards.

RE Fusion is not restricted to use only materials from deck. Hand and field is included.

BTW, if not mistaken, after the new rulings, you cannot use substitutes with RE Fusion anymore.

a bit embarrassing to read people asking for Fusion Red-Eyes monsters when RED-EYES SLASH WILL BE MORE THAN ENOUGH TO MAKE YOU ASK FOR BANS.

I bet this card will be the next one all the noobs of duel links will want to be limited. Fortunately, each day people pays less attention to dumb and whiny peeps.
